We’ll start with a call to understand your schedule and priorities, then build a flexible plan for coverage that fits naturally into your retreat flow. I work quietly in the background so guests can stay present while I capture authentic, emotive images throughout.

How the magic happens
The Planning (the fun part)
We will have a video call so that you can explain all your plans and goals for the retreat. Together we will decide how much photography you need to achieve all your goals, and whether we shall be including any specifics like head shots, or whether you just need event coverage. I will be there guiding you through the entire process to ensure this is worth your investment.
The Shoot (the even funner part!)
On the day/s, I photograph your retreat quietly and naturally, capturing real moments as they happen — from group sessions and shared laughter to calm reflections and beautiful details. My approach is unobtrusive, so guests can stay fully present while I document the atmosphere and energy of the experience. If you’ve requested headshots, I’ll find the perfect location and we will take a suitable session to do these, so that it doesn’t impact your other plans.
The Premiere
Within just 3 days of your photoshoot you will get a preview, usually in the form of a reel. Then I work my magic with Amy Jordison edits to create a cohesive on-brand library of photos for you, which you will receive within 3 weeks. Then it’s time for your all new brand premiere and to attract more dream clients to your future retreats!

Absolutely! Our planning session is where the magic happens! I help slect the best locations, outfits and props fo your brand. You’ll also receive a pre-shoot guide from me to help you bos your shoot!

I know you want as much fresh content as possible, so we will maximise the use of your shoot time. A 2 hour shoot will include up to 4 outfit changes, and a half day shoot is unlimited! (most clients go for 6-8 changes).

Part of my experience is letting YOU chose your favourites! You will receive a proof gallery, unedited, within 3 days of your shoot. You choose your favourites and I will then work my editing magic to create a bright, fresh, contemporary galley for you.
